This course will focus on the theoretical principles behind improving oral and pharyngeal dysphagia, including motor learning principles and responsive feeding practices. Discussions will also take place on the speech-language pathologist’s role with esophageal dysphagia. Case studies will be provided and participants will walk away with strategies to implement immediately into practice.
